Warren Thomas Bennear

1949-2011

 

Warren Thomas Bennear, 61, passed away in Napa on June 27, 2011.

He was born in Germany on Oct. 8, 1949 and travelled extensively in the United States. He loved a game of horseshoes, playing cards and cooking for family and friends. He enjoyed watching sports and rooting for the A's, Giants and 49ers.

Warren and his partner, Carolyn Jean, moved from Sonoma to Napa in 1994. Warren was interested in everything and always wanted to hear people's stories. He was generous with his time, money and directions, always giving the benefit of doubt to anyone.

Warren was a loyal and devoted partner, a wonderful dump truck driving oompah and a kind, helpful ball cap-wearing friend and neighbor.
