Terry Meyers

Terry Meyers, 72, passed away peacefully at home on Feb. 17, 2011.

Born in Oakland, he moved to Sonoma at age 11, graduated Sonoma Valley High School in 1956, and was a 42-year employee of the Sonoma Developmental Center - 30 years as a baker. He loved sports and was an avid golfer and fast-pitch softball player, and coached Little League, Babe Ruth and high school-level baseball.

Terry is survived by his beloved wife of 49 years, Deanna; and sons David and Donald. No service; memorial donations to Valley of the Moon Little League or Hospice By The Bay.
