Singer-songwriters Sean Carscadden, John Pita and Jessica Peters (who records under the name Petracovich) will bring their original songs to the next edition of Songwriters in Sonoma at the Meadowcroft Wines tasting room on Thursday, Nov. 17 at 7 p.m. The tasting room is located in the Cornerstone Sonoma community at 23574 Arnold Drive.

Admission is $15 and includes a glass of wine.

Sonoma’s guitar virtuoso, the busy Carscadden, plays with a number of Sonoma and San Francisco bands including the reggae group Jethro Jeremiah, soul singer Navery, as well as his own Sean Carscadden Trio and as half of the popular local acoustic duo with Marty O’Reilly.

He has opened shows for Steve Miller, Robben Ford and Amos Lee and is in the process of recording two CDs, one with his trio and the other with O’Reilly.

Pita began his music career by establishing the John Pita Band in Dallas.  After many successful years, he moved to California to start a new chapter in his life, got married, became a daddy and made a new CD.

Based in Santa Rosa, Peters has three CDs in her catalog and has toured the states several times promoting her music.

Cheese plates with charcuterie will be available during the show along with glasses and bottles of wine.
