Sally’s Killer Guacamole

Ingredients:

  • 4 avocados
  • 
8 oz. (1 cup) sour cream
  • 
2 to 4 tomatoes, chopped

  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped

  • 2 T. finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 
Juice from 2-3 lemons or limes

  • 1/4 to 1/2 t. chili powder

  • 1 t. cumin
  • 1-2 pkds. Laura Scudder’s guacamole mix
  • 
Salt and pepper to taste

  • 1 t. Worcestershire sauce

  • 1-4/-1/2 jar “La Victoria” chili dip (12 oz. jar)

 

Preparation - Directions:

Mix all ingredients together well and go find a hungry mob to feed it to. Most of the ingredients can be altered in quantity according to one’s own personal taste. I find that there is a new kind of chip (rather a “strip”) that is particularly fine with guacamole, Laura Scudder tortilla strips. This “green stuff” is also one of the best ways to “top off” a taco that I know.
