Quarryhill hosts tours of gardens

Quarryhill Botanical Garden is hosting a tour of three spectacular Sonoma gardens Wednesday, Sept. 14.

The gardens include, Rancho Mineiro, a series of captivating gardens with surprises around each turn.

The Vadasz Garden was recently redesigned by Roger Warner, combining the texture and colors of many palm varieties, grasses, perennials, Mediterranean and California natives.

Conclude the tour by sharing a glass of wine in Quarryhill Botanical Garden founder Jane Davenport Jansen's poolside garden.

Cost for Quarryhill members is $100, non-members, $150. Call in advance to reserve.

All proceeds benefit the conservation of rare and endangered species.

Quarryhill Botanical Garden is located at 12841 Sonoma Highway in Glen Ellen.
