Poker run, concert set at Moose Lodge

Miracles Through Music offers the second annual poker run "Cruising For Cody" on Sunday, June 5, at the Sonoma Valley Moose Lodge, 20580 Broadway in Sonoma. The day begins with registration opening at 8 a.m. followed by breakfast.

During the poker run, participants visit several check station, where they receive a playing card.

The person who can make the best poker hand at the end of the run will win prizes. 

Following the run, attendees can head back to the lodge for a family friendly afternoon of entertainment, food and raffles. The Scallywags, the Magnetics, Uncle Jessie and the Porch Junkies and the Whiskey Thieves will perform live music at the event.

Proceeds from this fundraiser will be used to help Sonoma resident Cody Cordellos, who lives with the rare and painful condition called epidermolysis bullosa where even the slightest touch causes his skin to blister and tear.

The cost to participate is $25 and includes a plate of food.
