Mocking Bill Tinker

  While I do not share the religious beliefs of Bill Tinker, I take exception to the mocking tone in your Oct. 21, front page article, “The end of the world … again?”

  Mr. Tinker’s beliefs may or may not come to pass, but we should afford him the respect that we offer those of all faiths. His beliefs do not harm anyone.

  If his predictions should not come to pass, it is his followers that he will have to answer to, not the general readership of the Index-Tribune.
