Lowe to address Democratic Women’s Club

 

On Monday, Oct. 17, Sandra Lowe will be the featured speaker at the Sonoma Valley Democratic Women’s Club, which begins at 6:45 p.m. She will discuss legislative redistricting in California as a result of the 2010 census data and the effect that this will have on elections in the Sonoma area as well as statewide. 

  Lowe is the California Teachers Association assistant manager for governmental relations. From 2000 to 2008, she served as a member of the board of trustees for the Sonoma Valley Unified School District.

  The meeting will be held at Sonoma Hills Retirement, 405 W. MacArthur Street. The public is welcome.
