Honoring the 9/11 heroes

Sonoma Valley Fire and Rescue Authority Chief Phil Garcia addresses the 60 or so people gathered early Sunday morning at the Al Mazza Fire Station. The ceremony included reading the names of the first responders who died in the terrorist attacks on Sept. 11, 2001. Later in the day, 200 to 300 people gathered in the Plaza to read names of those who perished, hear speeches and listen to music.
