Longtime Sonoma resident Bud DeLauer sits in his 1967 Triumph Spitfire, which he raced during last year’s CSRG Charity Challenge at Infineon Raceway. In fact, DeLauer, who has been racing sports cars for 43 years – he started racing in 1968 and drove in the inaugural race at Infineon (then Sears Point) Raceway in 1969 – has raced in every Charity Challenge at Infineon since the event first took place in 2004.
