Great 4th, great mess

What a terrific Fourth of July here in beautiful Sonoma. The fireworks were specifically terrific. The fire department members who oversee and put on the show are to be commended and thanked.

I was twice as thankful and pleasantly surprised when I went down to the Field of Dreams early the morning after the show to "clean up" and found a crew of firefighters cleaning up the huge mess left behind by litterbugs.

The mess is mind boggling. A frickin' embarrassment!

C'mon people.

Again, this is a thank you to the Sonoma firefighters from the board of directors for the Field of Dreams.
