'Glad you got a ticket'

This is for the guy who got busted for a seat belt violation, then ran tearfully to your editorial page with his tale of police abuse. All the time you spent talking to the cop, all the time you spent composing your letter to the editor - how long would it have taken you to click your seat belt?

Too bad you didn't see the "click it or ticket" signs that the state has posted by the thousands, at your expense, from Mexico to the Oregon border.

Ha ha, I'm glad you got a ticket. You deserved it. Now go turn left onto Napa Street from First Street West, and get back to us.
