PrintGOP religious zealotry

Once again, the inept GOP is striving mightily to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory.
In better times, true gentlemen kept their faith private, between themselves and their spiritual advisors.
Today's GOP pack of preening peacocks, like barnyard roosters, crow their religion to the skies, while proudly braying their appalling ignorance of centuries of scientifically-proved evolution, the same evolution seen and used today at many hundreds of dog- and horse-breeding farms across our land.
These GOP religious zealots apparently are becoming ever more like the kind of people our ancestors fled Europe to get away from.
The reelection of Obama will be on their heads.

Indeed it would be nice if the Republicans could shed the religionist, fundamentalist elements while maintaining their core of advocates for the secular values of individual rights and free trade.
