Sonoma Valley High School’s football program held its annual Freshman Football Camp, under the direction of Sonoma’s coaching staff, this week, with the future Dragon frosh gridders instructed on strength training, proper conditioning and techniques at the SVHS weight room and practice field.
A variety of sports camps, clinics and programs are abound in the Valley throughout the summer and can be found in the Index-Tribune’s Sports briefs on this web-posting.
