Flajnik, Pond still in mix in reality TV shows

 

Ben Flajnik and Heather Pond continued to flourish on their respective reality TV shows this week - he on "The Bachelorette" on ABC and she on "Love in the Wild" on NBC.

On Monday night, Flajnik, 28, sailed his way into the finale episode on his quest to win the heart of brunette bachelorette Ashley Hebert.

As one of the final two contestants, Flajnik beat out 22 other suitors for his spot in the final episode, which airs Monday, Aug. 1, at 8 p.m. on ABC.

Meanwhile, it was a rough week for Pond, 26, on "Love in the Wild." A new twist in the game's format meant she was separated from her sweetheart, Miles, who has been her partner for the past few weeks.

When Miles came in last during the challenge, Pond worried he might be sent home. Luckily, another couple seemed to lose interest in each other, which ultimately spared Miles from the chopping block.

"Love in the Wild" airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. on NBC.
