Expect delays

Motorists on Arnold Drive between Agua Caliente Road and Boyes Boulevard can expect delays this week as the county is resurfacing that stretch of Arnold Drive. Crews are removing the top three-inches to four-inches of asphalt and replacing it. The county said the delays should be short.
