Early morning ceremony

Sonoma Fire Chief Phil Garcia delivers remarks at a 6:30 a.m. ceremony Sunday to commemorate the 10th anniversary of 9/11 attacks. Behind Garcia, is a picture of the 343 firefighters who lost their lives that day. After a moment of silence, firefighters and law enforcement personnel read the names of firefighters and police officers who perished when the World Trade Center towers collapsed.
