Six Sonoma Valley High School wrestlers and two Wine Country Wrestling youths recently participated in the 44th annual Hitchcock Azevedo Wrestling Camp at Squaw Valley near Lake Tahoe’s north shore.
Escorted by Sonoma’s head wrestling coach Kyle Baird, the Dragon wrestlers who worked out at the camp were incoming juniors Johnny Amandoli, Sam Denning, Aiden Lacy and Giordi Serafini; incoming sophomores Harris Meglen and Max Schimm; and Prestwood Elementary School students and WCW members Mason Kruljac and Ryan Sherwood.
