Doug’s Crab Dip
Ingredients:
- 8 oz. cream cheese softened
- 8 oz. sour cream
- Crackers (ex: Ritz)
- Paprika
- Fresh crab meat – as much as you want!
Preparation - Directions:
Mix sour cream and cream cheese. Spread mixture on a round serving platter leaving 2 inches around the rim uncovered. Spread cream cheese/sour cream mixture with your favorite seafood cocktail sauce and cover liberally with fresh crab meat. Place crackers around the rim of the serving platter (I like Ritz). Garnish with a little parsley for color and sprinkle with a little paprika. Dip the cracker, being sure to get some of the cream cheese mixture, sauce and crab!
