Customer service alive and well in Sonoma

  More often than not, hard work and good work ethics rarely if ever get any thanks. Well, not in this case.

  I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Terri Elton at the AAA office here in Sonoma. I came in to get a replacement license plate for my vehicle, which was lost. As it turned out, my registration information was lost in the DMV system.

  Most people would say there was nothing that they could do. Not Terri. It took about a week, but she worked on this every day until she located my information. She never got frustrated or lost her desire to complete this task. She located the records and I have my new plates.

  Terri not only was helpful to me, but during the days I was at AAA, she worked with everyone, young and old, in the same professional way and always with a smile. Terri is not only a credit to the local AAA, but to that small town personal atmosphere that makes Sonoma a special place to live.
