Classics return to Infineon

Apr 4, 2011 - 09:25 PM
The 44th season opener for the Classic Sports Racing Group took place at Infineon Raceway last weekend under perfect blue skies and warm temperatures. Benefiting the Rotary Central Marin Foundation and the Speedway Children's Charities of Sonoma, the three-day event featured the MG Vintage Racers Reunion with an abundance of classic MG cars from the 1930s through the 1960s. Michael Jacobsen (above), of Simi Valley, guides his 1934 MG Magnette Special through Turn 2 of the undulating race course.
