Chicken coop tour to aid Garden Park

 

Calling all chicken enthusiasts.

On Saturday, May 14, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Sonoma Ecology Center will be hosting Le Tour de Coop to benefit the Sonoma Garden Park.

During the event, chicken owners in Sonoma will open their "roosts" as participants get to visit with neighbors learning chicken keeping ideas. Le Tour de Coop is a self-guided tour and will include tasty refreshments along the way. 

Tickets are $20 and are available at:

• Junipero and Company at 115 E. Napa St.

• El Dorado Hotel front desk at 405 First St. W.

• Saturdays at the Sonoma Garden Park at 19996 Seventh St. E.
