Burning logs

Firefighters from Cal Fire, Sonoma Valley Fire and Rescue, Schell-Vista Fire and Glen Ellen Fire battled a wildfire Wednesday afternoon in the 1200 block of Solano Avenue. The fire, which was reported at about 5 p.m., was confined to about three-quarters of an acre, according to fire Capt. Steve Millosovich, with Cal Fire. Millosovich said the blaze was mostly grasses and a pile of firewood and that no structures were threatened. The cause of the blaze is still under investigation.
