Awaiting their turn

Sep 23, 2011 - 05:33 PM
A phalanx of romantic hopefuls, contestants on the next episode of ABC’s hit reality melodrama, “The Bachelor,” wait in the Plaza amphitheater before going on camera in a series of interviews being taped for the show that stars Sonoma’s own Ben Flajnik as the love interest. Flajnik was also present as camera crews thronged the east side of the Plaza on Sept. 23, as well as during the wee hours of the night before when First Street East was closed to traffic. The show airs in January 2012.
