	North Bay Insurance's Larry Wallace earns CISC certification Larry Wallace, CISC of North Bay Insurance Brokers, Inc. recently earned the "Certified Insurance Specialist in Construction Designation," from IBA (Insurance Brokers and Agents) West. In qualifying for the designation, Wallace was required to take several courses each followed by a rigorous exam. 	Rabobank earns highest customer satisfaction rating Sonoma employees of Rabobank, N.A. along with all of their branches in California are celebrating the news that J.D. Power and Associates ranked their bank highest in customer satisfaction among retail banks in California according to the latest study. The bank received the highest-ranking customer satisfaction score of 796, which is 54 points above the industry average of 742 in California.	Web 2012

	Redwood Credit Union and Cal State Central complete merger Redwood Credit Union (RCU) and Cal State Central Credit Union (CSCCU) have completed a merger, with Redwood Credit Union remaining as the surviving organization. The merger, announced earlier this year, was approved by the Boards of Directors for both organizations, and by industry regulators the National Credit Union Administration and the Department of Financial Institutions. The organizational merger was completed April 1 and the integration of CSCCU Member accounts and branches into RCU’s network was completed June 1.	Web 2012
