	TOG adds new sales managers The Other Guys (TOG) of Sonoma this week announced the appointment of two new regional sales managers to head up its Midwest and Northeast sales territories. Michael Kasper, formerly a sales manager for South American Wine Importers (SAWI), will assume responsibility for TOG’s Midwest Region, which covers 13 states. Harvard Gates, who most recently was a regional sales manager for Clos LaChance Winery, has been tapped to direct TOG’s sales operations in its Northeast Region, which also includes 13 states. 	Sonoma Bank opens home loan division, adds staff Sonoma Bank announced this week that it has opened and staffed a new home loan division, which will work with existing Sonoma Bank branches to support their customers’ home lending needs. 	Alfredo Pedroza is manager at Redwood Credit Union Sonoma Redwood Credit Union (RCU) has named Alfredo Pedroza as Branch Manager for its Sonoma branch at 500 W. Napa Street (next to Sonoma Market), and Glen Ellen branch at 1 Walnut Street, Eldridge (in the Sonoma Developmental Center). 	Bank of Marin second quarter earnings up $3.4 million Bank of Marin Bancorp (“Bancorp”, NASDAQ: BMRC), which is preparing to open a new branch on West Napa Street in Sonoma, announced this week strong second quarter 2011 earnings of $3.4 million, up 3% from $3.3 million in the second quarter of 2010.
