Bank of Marin reports record $15.6 million earnings.Bank of Marin Bancorp announced last week 2011 annual earnings of $15.6 million, an increase of $2.0 million, or 14.8%, from $13.6 million a year ago. Earnings per share for the year ended December 31, 2011 totaled $2.89 on a diluted basis, up $0.34 from $2.55 in the prior year. 2011 earnings include the impact of the FDIC-assisted acquisition of certain assets and the assumption of certain liabilities of the former Charter Oak Bank on February 18, 2011 (the “Acquisition”). |
